Hannibal.

1) Hannibal is a better character than Dexter

2) Mads Mikkelsen is probably the most successful actor born in Denmark ever, and Michael C. Hall is simply a basic TV series actor.

For whatever reason, I just couldn't gain or maintain an interest in the television series Hannibal. Thus, I couldn't really judge for or against the character as portrayed therein. Maybe I was too used to the movie format or the other actors who portrayed Lecter/Lektor. I do recall that Hannibal aired on broadcast television (or DTV), whereas Dexter aired on a premium television station, so that kind of thing may affect production value slightly, but more importantly one has commercial breaks and the other does not. Outside of that, I do find the story of Hannibal Lecter's life a little more interesting than Dexter Morgan's, though. Even so, still don't know enough to gauge which one is better at concealing his homicidal ways.

Dexter is a genius but Hannibal is just smarter and stronger, and many will underestimate him which can work to his advantage.

My Vote: Hannibal

If you could stay away from the creative capitalization in this and your future suggestions. Also, remove the space after friends and before the question mark. Lose the s on others.
