I am debating between two different phrasings of the question, but I am leaning more to the first option, as it is simpler. 

Option #1

In your opinion, which actress portraying one of Jerry's girlfriends* on the hit sitcom, Seinfeld (1989) had the largest relative career bump after their guest appearance

The first option simply asks the poll taker which actress experienced the greatest improvement in the quality and quantity of acting jobs they received after their Seinfeld guest appearance relative to the jobs they got before the Seinfeld guest appearance. It does not ask the polltaker to draw a cause and effect conclusion between the Seinfeld guest appearance and their subsequent career improvement.

Option #2

In your opinion, which actress portraying one of Jerry's girlfriends on the hit sitcom, Seinfeld (1989) got the biggest career boost from their guest appearance.

The second option asks the poll taker which actress experienced the greatest improvement in the quality and quantity of acting jobs they received after their Seinfeld guest appearance relative to the jobs they got before the Seinfeld guest appearance. It does ask the polltaker to draw a cause and effect conclusion that their career improvement was the result of their Seinfeld guest appearance (at least in part, wholly responsible or somewhere in between).
