Felix Leiter appears as the CIA character in ten different James Bond movies... and you pick one of the worst ones to list him! The film where he plays the biggest role was probably "License to Kill." His first appearance was in "Dr. No" (also the first official Bond film).

@K_PAXTON ,
For your consideration:
The French Chef (1962–2022)
Julia Child was a member of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) from 1942 to 1945. Julia worked with the OSS in Asia. She first worked in Ceylon (present-day Sri Lanka) and China. She met her husband, Paul Cushing Child, in Ceylon. Paul Child also was an OSS employee.

While in Kandy, Ceylon (now Sri Lanka) she met Paul Cushing Child, also an OSS employee, and the two were married on September 1, 1946, in Lumberville, Pennsylvania,[19] later moving to Washington, D.C. Paul, a New Jersey native[20] who had lived in Paris as an artist and poet, was known for his sophisticated palate,[21] and introduced his wife to fine cuisine. He joined the United States Foreign Service, and, in 1948, the couple moved to Paris after the State Department assigned Paul there as an exhibits officer with the United States Information Agency.[15] The couple had no children.

During World War II, Child joined the Office of Strategic Services (OSS). While stationed in Kandy, Ceylon (now Sri Lanka), he met Julia McWilliams, who worked for the OSS as head of the Registry of the OSS Secretariat. They married on September 1, 1946, in Lumberville, Pennsylvania,[5] and later moved to Washington, D.C. A lover of world cuisine, Child was known for his sophisticated palate.[6] After he finished his work with the OSS, Child joined the United States Foreign Service and introduced his wife to fine food. In 1948, the U.S. State Department assigned Child to be an exhibits officer with the United States Information Agency. While in Paris, his wife took up cooking and became a student at the famed Paris cooking school, Le Cordon Bleu.
