It is what I also believe. However, there must be people who don't believe the same as us and I'm curious if there are many or not. For this reason I created this survey.

I like this poll suggestion a lot, but I would suggest a couple of items that should be addressed, IMHO. 1) A better question might help. I don't think most people have gone to half these sites, so I don't think they would know which one is best. Plus, I expect they are all excellent at the niches they have carved out. Wouldn't a question that doesn't require prior site visits be better? Maybe, ask which one is the most surprising one to exist or which is the one they are most interested in visiting or which one has the most value to them for the types of media they watch, or another question to your liking. 2) I think the suggestion would benefit from better or more appropriate images, like gun imagery for the firearms database, a famous car like the Batmobile or Mad Max's Ford GT Falcon for the car database, or a killer tomato for rotten tomatoes and so on. I don't know how the Minions tie-in here to these specific websites.  3) You should qualify and say " According to" as a preface to where this top ten list is coming from and then cite and thank them as a source for your copied recaps. Maybe, even hyperlinking to the original article 😇 4) It should be easy for poll takers to take your poll. Maybe, bolding the database name and placing a space between the title and the text explanation to be able to quickly review and identify the answer options. and 5) Lastly, Box Office Mojo is not listed with its take on the financial side of the movie business, so you only list 9/10 options from a top ten list.

Potential Adjustments (As an example)

Which one of these entertainment databases is best suited to your interests and the one you are most likely to visit next?

Answer Option #6

IMFDB Data: Weapons (Firearms)

The Internet Movie Firearms Database (IMFDB) lists all firearms used in films, television, anime, and video games. The website isn’t really about films so much as it is about the guns used in them, but provides an interesting look at the world of film anyway.

@GabrielFox, I think that is a huge improvement, IMHO. It is cleaner, more visually appealing and has an interesting question. In particular, I like the answer images you selected. I still see a couple minor spacing, capitalization, comma, and few other minor details that should require only a few minutes more.

1) The introduction corrections needed are a spelling correction, adding a word & phrase and embedding two hyperlinks, if you so choose. If you copy the code and place it in the introduction, when saved the links will be enabled and the coding won't be visible. I think it is cleaner approach than elongated web address you used, because it is hidden from view and makes the introduction more readable.

2) The answer pool corrections needed are for title periods, line breaks after titles, a few commas, a few capitalization issues, and a few extraneous words.

IMDb Data: Movies & TV Shows & Video Games

The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) is one of the most famous websites ever. Full listings of cast and crew are available for millions of pieces of entertainment: films, television episodes, video games, and even more. Almost every conceivable thing you can think of is here. As an added bonus, each listing also features plot summaries, trivia, quotes, technical specifications, and a number of other features.
Rotten Tomatoes Data: Movies & TV Shows

Rotten Tomatoes (RT) isn’t just about films (though it does give brief overviews and cast lists) but is also about critical reception. RT gives each film an aggregate score based on its critical and fan reception. For anyone who wants film recommendations or wants to know how people feel about a film, this is the place.
OMDB Data: Movies & TV Shows

The Open Media Database (OMDB) is a combination of Wikipedia and a smaller scale of IMDb. This allows it to potentially be more up-to-date and for new information about any release to be added swiftly.
CITWF Data: Movies & Film

The Complete Index To World Film (CITWF) is the world’s largest film database, and even has a Guinness Record to confirm it. It exclusively categorizes all films released around the world since 1895 and has matching print versions.
IMFDB Data: Weapons (Firearms)

The Internet Movie Firearms Database (IMFDB) lists all firearms used in films, television, anime, and video games. The website isn’t really about films, so much as it is about the guns used in them, but provides an interesting look at the world of film anyway.
IMCDB Data: Cars & Vehicles

The Internet Movie Car Database (IMCDB) details all of the cars and other vehicles featured in films. The site is quite exhaustive, even categorizing cars that are on screen for less than a second. This is a nice counterpart to the websites focused on the film itself, as this provides some context into how they were made.
BCDB Data: Cartoons & Animation

The Big Cartoon Database (BCDB) lists all animated features and other cartoons, with details on voice actors and other production notes. It also hosts a discussion forum and user reviews on each of its hundred thousand entries.
Box Office Mojo Data: Movies (Finance)

Box Office Mojo tracks how well films are doing financially (box office records) and lists their day by day gross. Also, it compares the gross of films similar to each other to present the financial difference. It’s regularly updated with current gross percentages and news on the financial status of the film industry.
Metacritic Data: Movies & TV Shows & Video Games

Metacritic aggregates reviews, similar to Rotten Tomatoes, but does it for a wider range of material: Film, television series, music, and video games. Each title is given a score based on critical reviews. The website also features articles about the film industry, editor recommendations, and how new releases stack up against each other in the critical eye.
TVDB Data: TV Shows

What IMDb is to film, TVDB is to television. It has all of the information anyone could ever want on television shows, as well as, images related to the shows and a discussion forum.

@GabrielFox, You are 99.999% there. I still see a period issue in your answer options titles with nine out of  the ten bolded titles having periods with Box Office Mojo not having a period. Either, remove the other nine or add the one, so it is consistent (I am for removing the nine). In the introduction, you have an unmatched parentheses, same here either remove the stragler or add the ending one, so they match.

Auto-correct will be the death of me!

Introduction Corrections

Two corrections, already. Also, I would suggest using hyperlink to link here @ Top 10 Online Movie Databases, and here @ Rapid API Blog in the introduction to the website article you used as your source. It will act as your footnote. https://rapidapi.com/blog/list-of-online-movie-databases/

(FYI, If you do the corrections that are posted above, this will take of these from the earlier post)

My vote, MetaCritic. I like the website, but I don't go there as often as IMDb. Suprisingly, I am on Box Office Mojo more than you would think, especially since they cut back on the free features.

@GabrielFox A minor detail, but in rethinking the sentence, this would be a more accurate statement, could you

please correct it.
