Poll Suggestion: Top 25 Memorable Titles Still Frames

There's something oddly solemn when the title of the film pops up in the screen. The very frame where it appears can establish the main character(s) of simply set the tone of the film; it's all in the design and the image.

Which of these title still frames is your favorite?

Hi ElMo! This is such a visually striking poll. : )

The title says 25 but there are 28 options. Also, how are you determining "top?" If you're using some parameters, could you note them? Thanks!

I did a couple of polls like this last year. You have some good ones that I didn't have — I'm not sure why I didn't have Psycho, but maybe the image wasn't there.

There are so many classic ones that maybe you should come up with a more specific theme?

Yes, unfortunately I think it has always been like that in the mobile display.

But you are welcome to report it to IMDb as a problem, maybe they can change it.

ElMo, you still have 28 options, so you need to either drop three or change the title.

@ElMaruecan82 if you check "my public ratings" at my IMDb profile, I upload a title still frame for every movie that I have just watched. The last one was

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas (2008)

I just added. That's odd I didn't remember the frame that way.

It has a very Bergmanian feel.

After voting, you might discuss the list here

Not sure if you saw Peter's question above?

Yes, I just saw the post, Jessica. The good news is that I’ve come up with an idea that doesn’t overlap too much with Peter's previous poll choices. The bad news is I only have 13 options left, but I’m already uploading some new pictures. This change actually sparked a fresh idea.
