The only other user who does it is urbanemovies, and I've had a whole conversation with him about it. I know he sometimes bumps more than three, and I don't like it, but he told me he only bumps his suggestions to update text, not for the sake of having them at the top, which you seem to do. He also agreed to try to limit his bumping.

Anyway, thank you for not ignoring me this time.

Why is it so necessary? I usually bump when birthday dates come near and I want to remember polls for planing scedule, for example.
