Ben,
The poll software returns an error message for your list regarding the length of the description text. It probably has to do with the links to sources. I would suggest simply removing them from the list since you also have them here in the board post.

Even after the changes you made you your list, the poll software returns an error message that the description is too long. The poll software limits the number of characters in the description; it includes all of the characters the links, not just the ones we can see.
Please change in your list:
