I have a few suggested tweaks to this one. It is pretty good already. If you agree, you can incorporate them into your poll suggestion.

1) IMHO, I would keep the date out of the title and move it into the introduction and some of these actresses are not based in Hollywood (but I guess its debatable what qualifies as a Hollywood actress). FYC, Favorite Tallest Celebrity Actress or Favorite Tallest Hollywood Actress

2) I like the simple introduction, but define the shape and size you are going to speak about next.

It is said that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. As of March 2023, these are some of the most famous and tallest actresses in the world.

3) The question as phrased covers you to the list only, in case you have any omissions, especially with your focus on being famous too. IMHO, I think towering here works well and gives some zip to the question.

Which of these select towering celebrity actresses is your favorite one?

If you wanted to add more names or more of a world slant here are some possibilities (But, you still need to vet them on IMDb or elsewhere to see if they are still living and confirm their heights. FYC, I would google their name and the keyword height to get multiple sources quickly.)

I am not sure if all these pass the notably famous bar for inclusion or if they were not listed due to some dispute over their actual height. (I assume 5' 11' is the minimum for this poll.)
