Then how about making it a Part II and putting a link to the first one, that way, voters won't be surprised if some iconic catchphrases seem to be missing :)
OK, but with that title it's now a different poll and no longer a sequel to Elmo's poll.
There are probaby many other iconic quotes that could be added instead of some in your list (including my suggestions). Maybe you need to set some criteria.
I guess it could be OK to still include some catchphrases, if we consider that all catchphrases are quotes, but not all quotes are catchphrases.
When many of these television programs are new and current, the quotes are popular (not iconic). How many years off the air does it take before something moves from popular to iconic status? My guess would be at least 15 to 20.
What is IMDb's policy towards hard swear words in polls? And does this suggestion hold the record for the most F bombs? If this was a movie, it would be rated R. If it was a TV series, it would be rated M for mature. You should really consider censoring some of the quotes.

A catchphrase is a line that is repeated throughout the show, and I think there are some quotes in your list that are only said once.
FYC:
"Dinna fash" (don't worry) from Outlander

"Let it rip" from The Bear

"F*ck!" from Ted Lasso
