I guess, Halloween is such a chronologically confusing franchise...

There is a storyline but the later entries (H20 onwards) ignore the events that take place in the earlier sequels (2, 4-6). Halloween 3 is the only entry which has a standalone storyline since they planned it to be an anthology series but it didn't quite work out.

I think you need to remove Mission: Impossible and Alien. Maybe Halloween?
