FYC, Todd Strauss-Shulson seems like he would sandwich between Todd Haynes and Todd Solondz, as far as directorial resumes go. Anyways, a fifth option that seemingly would belong in this group is available to you.

@Peter_pbn I would agree, in the terms you are looking at the two, Solondz is the better director. But, I think Todd Strauss-Shulson works more, has a larger filmography, and his films have been seen by more people than Todd Solondz. If that counts for anything.
