There was a 70's children's show called "New Zoo Review" and one of the characters was a singing frog named Freddie.
Wally Gator would also occasionally sing on the 60's cartoon "Wally Gator."
The biggest one that you forgot, however, is Kermit the Frog! "It's Not Easy Being Green!" "The Rainbow Connection"
