Poll Suggestion: Cinematic Interiors That Feel Like Another World (Parts 1, 2 and 3)
Intro:
Some interiors feel like more than places to live. They seem to belong to worlds with their own rules, histories, and secrets - worlds that continue far beyond what we can see. What happened here? Who lives here? And what might be waiting just beyond the next doorway? Which one would you most want to explore from the inside? I suggest to first watch the slideshow for seeing the interiors in a bigger format. For discussion, please click here.
Suggestions:
Please suggest interiors like those already on the list. Each list limited to 25 picks

"Come with me, and you'll be, in a world of pure imagination..." The chocolate churning room with the chocolate river in Willie Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971 version, of course, and not that Johnny Depp travesty)

Too bad that there are no color pictures in movies of the famous Amber Room! That would have been fantastic to see.

Another suggestion that you may disagree with, but....
the "inside of the human body" shots from both Fantastic Voyage (1966) and Innerspace (1987). They are both fascinating "interiors."

You could list "The Librarian: Quest for the Spear." It is the first in a series about The Library, which houses magical artifacts to keep them out of the world. In the library, you find such things as Excalibur, the Ark of the Covenant, the Holy Grail, Noah's Ark, etc.
There were three movies and two television series about The Library.

Also, I noticed a typo: Helm's Deep (Hornburg Fortress Walls, #13) picture says it's from The Return of the King. It is actually from The Two Towers.
I replied here not to make that old line of replies too long and disappear again. ;D

I updated the order of the movies to make a better "dramaturgy" of it. I've put in the correct slideshow link.

Since the LotR interiors are done, may I suggest one from The Hobbit (The Desolation of Smaug)? :)
Thrór's vault in Erebor:

Unless you treat LotR and Hobbit as one same franchise.

Here's another one! The Ministry of Magic in Harry Potter:

This picture is from The Order of Phoenix, but it also appears in Deathly Hallows Part 1. That would be the last Harry Potter pick.
