Do you really think Homelander would be stuck on an elevator? If, by some mystery, he chose to ride an elevator, he'd just pull the doors open and leave or fly out through the roof.
The superhero I'd least like to be on an elevator with would be Fartman (played by Howard Stern).
The character I'd least like to be on an elevator with would be The Nanny (From The Nanny, a tv series from the 90's). Her nails on the chalkboard voice would drive me and everyone else to plunging our car keys into our ears.

Perhaps you should consider adding more options, since there are currently only 6. There are lots more popular movie and TV characters you could add.
