Creating this search is a little complicated and requires editing the link.

1. From any page select Advanced Search from the drop down menu. This will bring you to the Advanced Search Page (https://www.imdb.com/search/)
   
2. From the Advanced Search Page select Advanced Title Search. This will bring you to the Advanced Title Search page (https://www.imdb.com/search/title/)
3. On the Advanced Title Search page select under List Include Best Love Birds (Part 6) and Exclude Best Love Birds
   
4. At the bottom of the page click the yellow Search button. This will produce this search: https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?lists=ls521048139,!ls099522535
5. Note: ls521048139 is the list ID for Best Love Birds (Part 6) and ls099522535 is the list ID for Best Love Birds. The exclamation mark (!) before ls099522535 means not.

What exclude does is to return all of the titles that are not in the list, for example:

Not Best Love Birds (Sorted by Popularity Ascending)

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?lists=!ls099522535

Returns 16,044,841 titles

What this search does is finds all the titles in your list Best Love Birds (Part 6)

and finds all the titles not in your list Best Love Birds, then finds the titles in both lists.

Best Love Birds (Part 6), Not Best Love Birds (Sorted by Popularity Ascending)

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?lists=ls521048139,!ls099522535

In effect this search returns all the titles in Best Love Birds (Part 6) but excludes titles in Best Love Birds.

When you add excluded list to the search you are further excluding titles from those lists.
