Since I wrote this, my computer works faster and all my ratings are back. I guess, there are still some bugs implanted. That always happens, when I use my Windows system. I don't trust Microsoft Windows anymore. It's too subsceptible for attacks, I guess. I will  just use it for unimportant things.
