Suggestions: 

Searching for 13 users or at least a few that want to take part. I'd say a max of 2 picks per user, would need 7 users to contribute. That's to discuss. I guess 3 picks per user is better to reach the 13 qualities fast. Name one quality you think goes through our doing. Best take one of your own polls or another user's poll that fits ro the quality.
