Live Poll: The Future of Black Panther

There are currently three options:

Recast the role

Let other character take Black Panther's mantle

I guess some day another actor will play the character, but it would be respectful if it didn't happen soon. 

T'Challa is a very important character and he needs to remain a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

 

While Boseman will always be remembered, there are other talented actors that can take the role, and it would not be the first time Marvel has recasted an important character just as it happened with Hulk and War Machine.

I think the same, Edward Norton replaced by Mark Ruffalo and Terrence Howard replace by Don Cheadle weren't the same deal.

FYC: Make a CGI version of Chadwick Boseman as they did with Carrie Fisher

Personally, I think it would be the pinnacle of disrespect, but considering that it is what Disney did when Carrie Fisher passed away in 2016. It is a highly probable option.

'Good poll and a nice way to further remember and honor Boseman. My vote would probably go to the second option. 

May I suggest three small punctuation edits to option #2? (no comma after "news," a semi-colon after "Boseman," and no comma after "comic.")

This is terrible news and T'Challa should go with Boseman; however, the Black Panther should continue and there are other characters ready to take the mantle as Ruler of Wakanda. 

Shuri, played by Letitia Wright, has already been the Black Panther in the comic and she can also do it in the films.
