I'm so sorry! Actually "Which one of these villains in the AFI top 50 List of Heroes that earned their actors Oscars is your favorite?" is correct. 

(I'd probably trade Oscars for Academy Awards but either is correct. I was wrong about "its actor an Oscar," though. It should be the way I think you had it: "their actors" but the "Oscar" just needs to be plural.)

(If possible, try to use the same wording in both the Villain and Hero poll and this is actually the correct grammar. I made a mistake with my other suggestions. I apologize for the inconvenience.)
