Hands down, Glass (2019). In my humble case it lived up to 19 years of expectations easily, even surpassing original Unbreakable (2000) a bit as a deconstruction/reconstruction of a genre. Since latter faced the same fate of being super underrated back in 2000, I am pretty sure movie will became a staple cult classic in the following years, not to mention I'm also pretty sure it might actually predict certain social and political changes in the real world, as cult classics tend to do.

No, I picked the well-known movies or movies from well-known directors. And I wanted diversity in the genres in the list. There are a lot of action/marvel movies in the list, so I picked the best ones.

I think they are good picks, but it’s really hard to remove something from the list. Most movies of my list have more votes than these picks.

From your list my favorite is Captain America: The First Avenger, one of my favorite comic book films.
Venom is the other good movie I gave a good rating, but in the case of the rest I've seen, I think they are correctly appreciated, and some are even overrated with their medium score as they deserve worst.

Some suggestion from films with less than 7.0 that I rated with an 8 are:

You gotta be kidding me? Not one of the films listed were "Underrated". Just about every one of them were over-hyped garbage. Underwhelming, yes, Under-performing, definitely, Underrated, No way.

I might not agree that every single movie on the list is underrated, but in my humble opinion there are easily at least 10 movies there which do qualify as such. 

Especially Glass (2019). I can almost literally fight people for this movie, especially since people who mostly tell they think it's lame also recall it erroneously which signifies they never even tried to pay attention. It might sound overly dramatic, but if you can't even recall what you saw what gives you the right to criticize?.. Then again, what we might expect from several generations who grew up with Gene Siskel as a top film critic, a guy whose review of The Terminator (1984) broadcast on national TV suggests he misunderstood plot to such an extent he thought that titular antagonist and Kyle Reese were from another planet (!) rather than the future.

With all due respect to Siskel as a film critic, why he even attempted the review if he was that disinterested in the movie or maybe never even saw it fully?.. Moreover, why people complain about the movies that way even now?..

This is my first post here and I'm probably breaking the rules, but I would like to add my personal pick for underrated film of the 2010s: "Doctor Sleep" (2019).  The average rating is 7.5, so it does not technically fit the criteria to be considered "underrated".  However, I feel that anything less than an 8.5 rating is a major snub and IMO just wrong.  I rated it 9 stars because it was nearly perfect for me and I rarely give 10 star ratings.  Anyone else feel this one deserves some more love??

I didnt see my own pick in the list, so I will say it here - the remake of Suspiria (2018).
I wasnt sure that I would enjoy the movie, but I didnt think it would be bad either, because while I dislike the original with passion, I do think that it had an interesting premise and that it was quite interesting, if not likeable to me, visually, so I thought it couldnt be worse than that.
However, the remake took me completely by surprise, and I loved every moment of it. Not only it was a remake that improved on the original in every way, in my opinion, but it actually Felt like the fever dream everybody claims the original was. The only criticism I could give it is that the soundtrack choice at some points felt as not matching the visuals, but all in al Thom Yorke did an excellent job as well as a first time score composer.
One of my two favorite movies of 2018, with the other one being The House That Jack Built.
