Oh man, l’m going to really hate doing this. Yrnej, as many mystery lover and every devote of Agthia Christie will probably point out to you, it is not “Miss Marple”. It is Miss Jane Marple. Mr., Mrs., Miss, MS, Sir, President, Gen., Madam, Dr., Lady, Maid, Lord and such are all titles or “honorifics” and do not count as an initial. There is five that violate that on your list. Many you can still list because no second name is given. So you can keep them with no problem with anybody mention that they do had a full name and title. However, Miss Jane Marple has to go because too many people know her full name and know her initials are not M.M..

Another one you might have trouble with is Maid Marian. (This is the one that hurts me because it is my favorite.) Maid Marian does have a last name that different to which version of Robin Hood you read or see because she is a legendary character or mythological character that is probably arising out of the character of the lady Of May in May games. However her most commonly associated last names are: http://www.internationalhero.co.uk/m/...

Real Name: The Lady Marian Fitzwalter (Fitzwalter/Fitzwater is the most common name in the tales. She is Marion of Leaford in Robin of Sherwood and Marian DuBois in Prince of Thieves)

As a peace offering, FYC, could you do a list of “Lady Characters With Royal Titles”. Then Maid Marian Fitzwalter (the full name of “The Adventures Of Robin Hood”) and Marquise Isabelle de Merteuil (full name) can fit right in there. Remember that while movies often list the shortened names on the cast lists, many times the full name is mentioned in the movie or original book or play. http://villains.wikia.com/wiki/Marqui...

I know that Miss Marple's real name is Jane Marple, and I had doubts about including her. But I figured she is mostly known as Miss Marple, and she is often listed as such in the cast.
If you really think she should go though, I have no problem removing her.

I'm also aware that there are other characters in the list whose full names do not consist of MM initials, like Maid Marian and Mad Max (which is only a nickname), but since they are mostly known by those names, they will stay.

Yes, I think she should go. Using the ‘Miss’ is a really thin reason.

I think you should really consider doing a poll of lady characters with a title because of the many princesses and Queens you can list, I can give you a third, and fourth starting entries:
- the Countess D’Winter from The Three Musketeers (l like Rebecca De Mornay’s take on the character. In a rather Disney sweetten production of “The Three Musketeers”. Both De Morney and Sutherland gave their parts depth and a soul.) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108333/...
- - Lady Jessica de Canterville from “The Canterville Ghost” (1946)

You should put a link to part 1 in the description of part 2.

There are some better shots of Marvin in this title:

Thanks, Jen.

About Mark, apparently there's also Mel the Minion and Mike the Minion.
Minions are definitely not my area of expertise, but maybe it's okay to put them together as one? Or do you think their personalities differ enough to deserve separate entries?

About Max, I know it's only a nickname, but then I also have Magic Mike, and I think it's alright to include nicknames, especially if they make up the title of their films. I made a note in the description.

Personally I would include Mad Max before Magic Mike. But whatever you think is good.

On the minions, you could say, "Mel, Mike and Mark Minion."
