@mariojacobs​ Hi Mario, thanks for the comment. I haven't see The Rocky Horror Picture Show in a long time but my memory is that he is a "cross-dresser" but not transgender -- or at least not identified as so? I'll research this a bit, though. Thanks.

@jeorj_euler​ Although many non-binary people do not consider themselves transgender, under group labels like LGBTQ or LGBTQAI++, my understanding is that usually the identity is put under the "Trans" umbrella since it's different from cisgender. 

As far as including an intersex character, that's my mistake: I meant to include a note that indicated that intersex people are not transgendered (and the "I" in "LGBTQIA++" stands for "Intersex") but since there are so very few intersex characters in film and TV, I wanted to give credit to a compelling intersex character in a good movie. I'll add the note and request a re-push as soon as possible. Thanks for noticing the oversight so I can correct it. 

I only recall ever seeing two movies about somebody having the intersex condition, and both of these are Agentine films: XXY and El último verano de la Boyita.

@Arbitare​ Technically, polls are maxed out at 35 options. Though I'm mildly confused that the list here (must have been edited after the poll went live) has 36 options.

You should ask @rubyfruit76 is she can make a part 2 for this poll. Or if she wouldn't mind if you try a hand at a sequel to the poll itself.
