Ah, that's so sweet of you to say but you could easily live without me, lol. You're English isn't always wrong, either - your English is quite good, especially considering that English is a really weird, difficult language that is supposedly one of the hardest second-languages to master. I'm just a grammar nerd, that's all. : )

I half-agree with the Dalai Lama's statement, maybe happiness can be 'ready made' and it just takes our own actions to get to it, not to make it exist.

I believe anything we want, anything we wish to accomplish exists even in a fragmentary way, and all it takes is to set our mind to finding the proper paths to take each parcel of happiness one by one...

The mind is the compass, our actions is the boat and the happiness is the island, so technically, it already exists.

FYC, La Cage aux Folles (since you've got the remake, let's give the original the credit it deserves)

I pick the quote because in my opinion it reflects most the actions in the ending in those movies. If they didn't do it, they will not got happiness.

The title is awkward - I suggest "Gay Movies that Live Happily Ever After" or "Gay Movies that End Happily Ever After".

Also, I suggest this for the intro: Let's focus on some movies with uplifting, positive endings - not everything has to be a tragedy. Which of these gay movies with happily-ever-after endings is your favorite?

I also think you shouldn't list The Birdcage and La Cage aux Folles separately - just use La Cage aux Folles and then in the notes put: "or its sequels or remakes."

Wow, there are so really bad films mentioned here, mainly the older ones i have to say.

God's Own Country is a wonderful film with a wonderful ending. 

I would have also nominated the film 'Strapped' which is one of my favourites.  There are satisfactory endings most of the way through (lol), but the last segment of the film makes me a believer every single time!
