I suggest adding Favorite to the title, and please add space between Part and 1:
Favorite Teen Romance of All Time Part 1
And please capitalize:
What's your favorite teen romance movie of all time?

We usually tend to avoid using "best of all time" in the titles as it is impossible for a poll to gather all the worthy films in history. It may be better to just title the poll "Favorite Teen Romance"
FYC:
One of my favorites French film La boum and its sequel La boum 2
Also
Licorice Pizza
Blue is the Warmest Colour
The Princess Diaries
West Side Story remake and the original
Endless Love
The Edge of Seventeen
Whisper of the Heart
Some Kind of Wonderful
Midnight Sun
Youth in Revolt
Tall Girl
The First Time
The Way He Looks
North Sea Texas
A Love Story
Baby It's You
How To Deal
A Summer in Genoa
Fandry
Baran

@RezaKJoi Hi Reza, I already said this on the thread for Part Two of this poll but it bears repeating: It's so nice to see that you can get online and onto the poll board! : )
As for the poll, you've got a good list and it's very timely for Valentine's Day. I suggest two small edits that I suggested for Part Two, as well. The suggested edits are below in bold:
What's your favorite teen romance movie?
Titles are listed in order of production year.
(I just removed "from all time" in the first sentence and "movies" in the second. You can keep "movies" if you want to but, if you do, I suggest adding an apostrophe: movie's. "Movie's" isn't necessary, though, so if you'd rather steer clear of apostrophes, it's fine to leave the word out altogether. Thanks! )

Oh, Reza, you've been so patient with all of our requests so I hate to suggest anything else but it's one small change and then I really think this poll will be perfect.
There's one error in this sentence: "Titles are listed in order of movies production year."
To get rid of the error, you could change the sentence to either of the following:
Titles are listed in order of production year.
OR
Titles are listed in order of movie's production year. (with the apostrophe in "movie's")
Thanks so much! : )

Reza, this poll looks great. I love that you put the movies in order of production date. A lot of lists are random, which is fine, but I really like having them in some sort of order. Although I usually put mine in alphabetical order, you've made me a big fan of using the production date. Putting movies in order decreases the chance of a duplicate and I think it's a lot easier for the voter. Plus production date feels respectful of the films. Bravo!
