I am delighted at the variety and thought that the contributors gave to their team selections. However, I'm not surprised.

I've had the pleasure of collaborating with many of the poll authors for over ten years. Collectively and individually, I've found the regular contributors to be extremely creative and knowledgeable about film.

I agree, I have been impressed. The level of film knowledge here is at another level. It is nice to be able to discuss films that I have seen with people who not only have seen them but have opinions about them. I normally in my real life don' t rarely have discussions about South Korean cinema for example.
