This is truly an excellent show. It's, IMO, on par with or better than TNG and DS9 (my generation's TOS) and far better than any of the others.

My ranking

1. La'an - love the boss energy with something softer underneath
2. Uhura

Una will probably get her own Commission in the finale.

I am worried about La'an -- I hope she does not become evil and die in some sort of redemption arc.

I am ambivalent about Erica at this point; she started off as one of my favourites but has become increasingly obnoxious. Tom Paris without the nuance and charisma.
