Your poll produced a DATABASE_ERROR when I tried to push it. I suspect that the poll admin tool is having problems with Shōgun. I realize that "Shōgun" is correct. However, the poll admin tool has problems with extended character set characters such as ō.
Please change:
Crimson Sky - "Shōgun"
To:
Crimson Sky - "Shogun"
