I mean we're ralking of a drama subgenre so there's got to be an additional parameter. I guess "rated higher than 8.0" would be fine.

Yeah I've seen your polls, they are similar but more specific, while mine is more general. I tried to include the movies considered the very best and popular of the genre. The actual reason I made this poll is because I watched My Cousin Vinny and I REALLY LOVED it, it's probably one of favorite movies ever.

I see your point but how do you measure up "considered the best and popular", you've got to use some objective parameters such as the ratings, the awards... popularity is a parameter on IMDb, maybe "My Cousin Vinny" is indeed one of the most popular and if you consider Oscar-winning courtroom movies then you've got it too. If the motive is to see how "MCV" stands among other legal movies, the trick is just to find a parameter that would include it :)
