Live Poll: Best "Big Five" Oscar Nominated Movie

Which "Big Five" Oscar-nominated movie is the best of all time? The "Big Five" Oscar award categories are those for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, and Best Screenplay, either Original or Adapted. In the past 90 years, only three films, It Happened One Night (1934), One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) and The Silence of the Lambs (1991) have won all five Oscars from the forty-three films that secured nominations in all five prestige Academy Award categories. But, maybe sweeping the top five Oscar categories is over rated. Maybe, being nominated across a broader scope of Oscar categories, as well as, being nominated in those same big five prestige Oscar categories is a better indicator of a movies' true greatness. Very small typo at #16. It says "4/12", but should be "4:12"

...is a better indicator of a movie's true greatness.

Corrected
I made the two corrections in the introduction. However, I realize that #16 is correct as stated and the other twenty-nine answers incorrectly use the ratio symbol. The description and numbers both should express the ratio as a fraction together, Oscars Ratio Wins/Nominations: 4/12. I corrected the other twenty-nine so they all would be uniform and logically expressed.

??? A Star Is Born: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Adapted Screenplay.

The award Season nominations seem to point to Oscar "Big Five" Quadruple nominations for A Star Is Born (2018). The various acting, writing and directing branches of the AMPAS are responsible for the Oscar nominations. Their membership is mirrored in various respective guilds, All (SAG, WGA, DGA and PGA) the guilds have nominated A Star Is Born (2018) for the Big Five Oscar categories. So, in advance of the 2019 Oscar nomination announcement on January 22nd this bodes well for A Star Is Born (2018)

Both  Roma (2018) [Best Actor] and A Star Is Born (2018) [Best Director] barely missed a "Big Five" nomination sweep by only securing four of the five required nominations.

Two narrow misses here, scoring nominations to spare in  four out of the BIG five categories (Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Screenplay). Despite each getting four acting nominations each, both films fail to secure them in both of the best lead categories, while doubling up in other acting categories.
