@GabrielFox ,
For your consideration:
My Living Doll
A psychiatrist is given care of Rhoda Miller "real name 'AF 709'", a lifelike sophisticated but naïve android that eventually learns how human society works and begins showing "or at least emulating" rudimentary emotions.
Small Wonder (1985)
The zany adventures of a suburban family, their next-door neighbors, and an innovative robot designed to look like a human child.
The Questor Tapes (1974)
Project Questor is the brainchild of the genius Dr. Vaslovik, who developed plans to build an android super-human. Although he has disappeared and half of the programming tape was erased in the attempt to decode it, his former colleagues continue the project and finally succeed in creating Questor. However, Vaslovik seems to have installed a secret program in Questor's brain. He flees and starts to search for Vaslovik. Since half of his knowledge is missing, he needs the help of Jerry Robinson, who is now suspected of having stolen the android.—Tom Zoerner <Tom.Zoerner@informatik.uni-erlangen.de>
Futurama (1999)
Philip J. Fry is a twenty-five-year-old pizza delivery boy whose life is going nowhere. When he accidentally freezes himself on December 31, 1999, he wakes up one thousand years in the future, and has a chance to make a fresh start. He goes to work for the Planet Express Corporation, a futuristic delivery service that transports packages to all five quadrants of the universe. His companions include the delivery ship's Captain, Leela, a beautiful one-eyed female alien who kicks some serious butt, and Bender, a robot with very human flaws.—Ronos
Red Dwarf (1988)
Three million years ago, a radiation leak killed the crew of the mining ship, Red Dwarf. The only survivor was Dave Lister, the chicken-soup machine repairman. He spends his time on the ship with a holographic projection of Arnold Rimmer (his dead bunkmate), Cat (a life-form that evolved from Dave's cat), Holly (the ship's senile computer), and Kryten (a service mechanoid).—Garrett Hobbs
Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987)
Lieutenant Commander Data is an android.
The Orville (2017)
Isaac is an android. Isaac was a Kaylon Emissary to the Planetary Union and Science and Engineering Officer aboard the USS Orville. He was likely the ship's Chief Science Officer, though this is never explicitly stated. Unlike the other officers on the ship, Isaac was not a member of the Union.
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (1979)
Twiki is a robot voiced by Mel Blanc.
Dr. Theopolis is an AI.
