I already have Locations as a category. If I were to expand it to include settings, the category would become Locations-and-Settings.

Women and anti-hero seem like viable categories.

Same case with Indian and IMDb-India-Spotlight as you were inclined to do.

According to DC IMDb-India-Spotlight are polls that are featured on IMDb's India page. Indian are Indian related polls that are not featured on IMDb's India page.
