Morgan Freeman tends to be a co-star as a protagonist (Se7en) if not playing an important deuteragonist (The Shawshank Redemption). Whereas Harrison Ford has been the clear cut main star of many movies, even whereby he portrays the titular character (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade). Thus, if feels like that is what we're choosing between. (Even with Se7en, it feels like Freeman was not the center of the two protagonists, since we the audience are never introduced to Somerset's relatives but only instead Mills' wife.)

Had Kiss the Girls been titled longer, then Freeman might have played a titular character, but instead that prize went to Tyler Perry; yet just as well, had Clear and Present Danger and Patriot Games been titled longer, then Ford might have played a titular character more often than his usual, so that instead that prize went to Chris Pine. I should try to check to see for sure whether or not Freeman has ever/never played a titular character. Also, maybe Indiana Jones is Ford's only titular character. I should check that out too.

Tough choice but I like Harrison Ford's collection better. Interesting idea by the way, nice job resaerching it.
