Probably Alien but possibly Gravity, Arrival, or The Shape of Water, depending on my mood. I'm surprised the first 'Blade Runner' isn't on the list. If it were, that would get my vote.

How can you have The Force Awakens but not anything from the original Star Wars trilogy? The list has many problems if you ask me, but at least I can vote for really great movies like Nosferatu.

There are some tools and natural phenomena depicted in The Dark Knight trilogy that are not confirmed to even be possible to exist or at least function for real the way as depicted in those movies. The very possibility of the things to exist for real is speculative, which is why, despite the stretch it may be, connoisseurs of fiction may legitimately consider those movies to be science fiction.

I very much plus what jeorj says. While other two movies in the trilogy definitely have moe sci-fi elements, The Dark Knight (2008) also has a fair share.
