Ultrawide resolution support for trailers

My monitor's aspect ratio is 21:9, with a resolution of 3440x1440, which generally matches the aspect ratio that the trailers are supposed to be viewed at. However, the content is actually padded with black bars on the top and bottom to fit 16:9 aspect ratio displays, resulting in an addition of lef

On title's mediapage, have selection for seasons and whether images have no people

Guessing this is the right place to make a suggestion. I hope I'm calling it the right thing, but on the page where you can see all the images for a title and specifically for those that are a series with multiple seasons, in addition to the other options to select by tagged actors, stills, product,

'Shorts' option in the hot search

We need an easier option to search for short films. Such one exists for TV-episodes, so there should be no problem to add the similar for shorts:If this is implemented, users are not going to be confused when they see no shorts' titles in the drop-down list (autocomplete), as well as search results

The need for importing an exported IMDb list

Hi,I try to keep track of everything I do in life and this is true for the things I watch too. I just want to have a full view of my watching activity and how much I like what I see throughout my life - very interesting insights! And IMDb is where I store all those records. So, naturally, I make full

When using Advanced Search, there should be a way to limit results to live action films.

Right now, there is no way to limit search results to live action films (let alone films that are predominately live action but include an animated sequence such as Kill Bill, CreepShow, etc). It amazes me that this isn't an option. It's probably the easiest factor to use to narrow down a search. Yo

Saga list

I think there should be, as there is a page for actors, directors and so on, the possibility to land to a “saga page”. A good example to better explain my selfie could be James Bond: on any James Bond Movie there should be under “director, writer and actors” a button “saga: 007 - James Bond”. When c

A simple idea to make shill reviews easier to spot

As an IMDb user, I've noticed that with more and more movies as they get released, the initial reviews on IMDb are often written by what I suspect to be shill accounts. If I click their screen name to see what other movies they've reviewed, it is typically just the movie review I'm reading. In other

We NEED a news search feature in the news!

IMDB NEEDS a news search feature in the news! Most sites have a search feature for anything on the site, period. We need a new search feature in the News area, at least so you are able to search by dates? It really is frustrating that there is no way for a paying IMDB customer to search News stories
