More options under "report a review"
When you read one of these reviews that is suspiciously fake, when you click on "report this review" one of the options in the drop down should be "suspiciously fake" Right now none of the options really address the fake review problem on IMDB. I would also recommend that once a person has marked a

Option to ‘report’ a trivia item as a spoiler
Please please consider adding the option of ‘This item contains spoilers’ to the trivia items. I have seen items which have incorrectly not been labelled as a spoiler in the main section and it would be very sensible to add this as an option.
