More than five summaries per title shouldn't be allowed

Can a staffer create a block if someone tries to add a plot summary to a title that already has five summaries? The guide states five is the maximum (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/plots/G56STCKTK7ESG7CP#summaries?ref_=helpms_helpa...), yet there are titles that have more. One example is Die Hard: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0095016/plotsummary but that's just one example. In the past, I've deleted scores of plot summaries that shouldn't have it online in the first place.
