I have only seen Lagaan and Queen so most of the options I added after researching, I hope its complete.
Very few images were available, I submitted most. Unfortunately, better images for Sarah Thompson, Alice Patten, Mehdi Nebbou, Linda Arsenio, Marko Zaror and Mish Boyko have not been accepted yet.
The list is limited to actors with only one or few appearances.
Actor like Sunny Leone, Katrina Kaif or Jacqueline Fernadez that were born otuside India, but have made a career in Bollywood are excluded.

Most submitted images have been accepted and updated, and I added Denise Richards, who seems to have more than a simple cameo in Kambakkht Ishq (2009)

This is probably the best researched poll about Bollywood that I have come across.
I have some suggestions:
Ali Zafar (Pakistan): He has done 5-6 movies in Bollywood as supporting and lead roles.
Ali Larter (USA) : In movie Marigold.
