I like his kind and warm face expression on the image. He also looks sad, but grateful and dignified somehow, fitting to the sad occassion. Carl Weathers truly got my attention in Rocky, when I first saw the movie. He was very impressive. My thoughts are with Mr. Stallone, Schwarzenegger and the bereaved of Carl Weathers.

Here is the article where I had learned of his passing. He was honored by Jamie Fox, Snoop Dogg and others. You wouldn't understand how I felt when I saw the news. I was in tears. The last hope was

gone that the aggressors would agree only the slightest basic rules of humanity.

Truthfully, I’m hearing about a ton of people, mostly musicians, are dying off in droves. It is hard to keep up. I come here to see if they are major note. A lot of them are minor stars.

The keyboard man of Steely Dan, Donald Fagan, just died. The bizarre joke is that The Eagles” and “Steely Dan” used to have a musical Freitas where they put cuts and references to each other in their songs. Yes, the words “”Steely knives” in “Hotel California” - “They gathered for the feast
Stab it with their steely knives
But they just can't kill the beast” refers to Steel Dan dissing the Eagles (aka: ‘The beast”). The joke of this that on the Eagles current farewell tour, their guess band is Steely Dan and Fagan dies before the tour is over. A sad joke that is at that too. Rest In Peace. Your music is great too.
