LIVE POLL: Warner Bros. 100th Anniversary 1980s Movies

On April 4, 2023, Warner Bros. Entertainment. celebrated the 100th anniversary of its original founding in 1923. Over the next century, Warner Bros. would go on to become one of the original "Big Five" studios and still holds the distinction today as a current "Big Five" member. Its parent company, Warner Bros. Discovery is an international conglomerate with a foothold in all facets of entertainment and a nearly 25% global market share. As a result of its hundred-year effort, the WB movie catalog currently includes a whopping 12,500+ feature films.

FYI, I am open to hearing some feedback on the titles that did not make the top 35 listed options (not listed honorable mentions posted above) that anyone feel is a gross ommision or more deserving title than one from the final notable 35 listed options.

Note options #68 -71 are not listed because they were produced by Orion Pictures (part-owned by WB), released by WB, and Warner owns all rights to the film after their release. So, I  am choosing to only list titles produced by WB itself or a fully owned WB nameplate like First National Pictures. Still, I felt with the Warner connection and checking 2 1/2 out of 3 boxes, they were worthy of honorable mention status.

I gave strong consideration to eighteen HM titles, but this decade has had the most worthy titles so far, and list spots are at a premium.
