LIVE POLL: Oscars 2022: Fan-Voted Cheer Moment

On March 27, 2022, two new open-ended, fan-driven awards, Cheer Moment and Fan Favorite, will be awarded for the first time at the 94th Academy Awards ceremony. The new awards will hopefully increase engagement from the general public, as well as, ceremony viewership by giving film fans some skin in the game. Oscars fans were asked to upload images of their favorite cheer moment movie scenes during the nomination period. A shortlist of five scenes was culled from that pool to compete for the top spot in a final round of voting.

Which of these movie fan nominated scenes gets your vote in the 'Most Popular All-Time Motion Picture Cheer Moment' category by virtue of being your favorite rousing movie scene of all-time?

Interestingly, there is no overlap between the all-time AFI cheers critic vote and Oscars cheers fan vote. However, the AFI series list is for 100 Cheer Movies and was revealed in June 2006. The fan-voted Oscars Cheer Moment is for film scenes only and has four of its five scenes from movies released after the 2006 AFI list was revealed.

@urbanemovies, In keeping with the fans voted spirit of the poll, a final everything else or another cheer moment not listed option might be a good idea. I listed the likely best cheer scene from the #1 cheer movie on the AFI cheer list as the pictured example.

To be honest these choices are pretty boring.

From these five choices I would vote The Matrix.

If I could pick anything my vote would be the explosion of the Bridge on the River Kwai.

@cinephile

 I couldn't agree more. That's a good choice for a selection. The final voting concluded on Match 3rd, so "it is, what it is" at this point. But, I was surprised as the trades reported the voting was for 2021 Cheer Moments when the fan vote was first announced. I guess since people could upload any moment, they went beyond those parameters and turned  the contest into an all-time vote in scope. Are these the five best cheer moments ever? I say emphatically there are not. It seems IMDb poll takers agree, as the Everything Else option is currently leading with the always hard to beat #1 slot the only real competition.
