My vote goes for Joker (2019). 

The main reason is that it is easy to reproduce it on your own face without messing up (I have tested it myself).

As we know, the most important part of the Joker character in the movie is makeup.

Is it? Is it the most important characteristic of Joker? I would have guessed his laugh or his personality.

So it's severed facial nerves and acid bath (Nicholson), a slashed smile (Ledger), metal fillings (Leto) and simple greasepaint (Phoenix). 

I'll go for the acid bath myself.
