I don't agree 100% with that list. There is no written criteria why a series is on the list... or not. I guess it might be a little bit of a question of personal taste if a series is considered cult or not... For me Al Bundy, Archie Bunker, Gregory House, Francis Underwood belong to my private cult.

No.

But Twin Peaks, Firefly, Babylon Five, etc, have rabid fans that have get togethers every year for this very purpose.
