'Very creative poll! My vote: Cosmos.
May I suggest a few small edits to the first sentence of the intro? (added two commas, omitted hyphens, and changed "renown" to "renowned")
Carl Sagan, the renowned planetary scientist, cosmologist, astrophysicist, and astrobiologist, explaining the 4th dimension using as prop an apple, is one of the most remarkable moments in TV History.
(By the way, I've never seen that episode of "Cosmos" and I really want to, especially now! It does sound wonderful and fascinating.)
