Live Poll: Oscar Nominated Claymation Films

Hello, poll forum, another idea for your consideration, feedback welcome, thank you.

Plasticine is a putty-like modelling material used for children's play and as a modelling medium for more permanent structures. It does not dry and comes in many different colours.

Which is your favorite Oscar winner/nominee short film/movie that used Plasticine?

Source here.

Since not all of these films won, perhaps the title should be:

If you want to include all claymation nominees, there are several others:

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?groups=oscar_nominee&keywords=clay-animation&sort=year,asc

But then maybe it's better to use the word claymation because plasticine is technically a brand name.

I think the Tim Burton movies are puppet animation, not claymation.

I think you're right, I read an article about Tim Burton being a claymation master and got it wrong, I have further researched and it turns out the characters where first sculpted in clay, but later they were made in Polyurethane. As it is explained here: https://cartoonresearch.com/index.php/the-nightmare-before-christmas-puppet-fabrication-part-1/

Mario, I'm sorry, it was my bad.

A Nightmare Before Christmas probably doesn't fit either.

At least it is better to leave it out if we are not sure.
