My #2 favorite of all time is The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990–1996). Unfortunately, it does not meet your poll criteria.
#3 - Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (2008-) - This does not meet your poll criteria either :(
#4 - The Big Bang Theory (2007–2019)

It's hard to judge long-running sitcoms that virtually become elements in one's sense of community against short ones - like Fawlty Towers or any Blackadder season - that shine brilliantly, albeit briefly, upon our screens.

There are no such things as "Best Sitcom of All Time". They are all bad, especially when they feature laugh tracks.

From a very objective standpoint of what series have almost always been among those considered on lists by critics', audiences, and historians, alike, shows like "All in the Family" and "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" don't meet the criteria because they don't have enough votes. The problem with this is that the older the show, the more of a disadvantage they have in votes, not because they're not well known or widely seen, but simply that they originally aired long before IMDb was around and, generally, IMDb gets more traffic every year and people tend to vote for things that they have just seen for the first time. This is just one problem with lists with titles such as "Best ______ of All Time." Such sweeping titles are almost impossible for one person to live up to in an IMDb poll and it's why such lists often never go live.
Instead of scrapping the whole list, you could lower the number of votes of the inclusion criteria but there are still difficulties with that. You could narrow the years and do two different lists (something like "Up Until 1995" and "1995 - 2020") which also has the added benefit of keeping the poll viable past 2020. To be most reflective of the list, changing the title comes closest to doing the trick while keeping everything else in tact. A title like "Highest Rated Sitcoms" (although IMDb has their own way of determining what's actually highest-rated, which is reflected on their Top 250 lists, so a list different than theirs might be seen as a little problematic) or "Some of the Best Sitcoms of All Time" would be more workable.

Young Sheldon doesn't have a laugh track.

Add "SARABHAI VS SARABHAI": 8.9/10, 14,000 votes, has a laugh track and ranks 5th in Best 2000's sitcom poll. Also, a little diversity doesn't hurt!

I just wanted to inform you that I have posted a very similar poll yesterday
https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdb-poll/highestrated-laugh-track-sitcom/5f58381c917fbb3c6a18dd87
I'm still trying to figure out what is the opinion of the "poll admins" on the situation.
