What a mean question. Love them both. Rocky is a heartful icon, no one would deny. But the Terminator once gained our hearts, too. And I saw Schwarzenegger in 'Wetten Dass?', a German game show, when I was a teen. He was soo sympathetic! Love you both guys! I'll toss a coin! ;D

If you take a closer look at their respective credits, it's a lot closer than you may have initially reacted.
They both have the big franchises. Say, 'Terminator' and 'Predator' versus 'Rocky' and 'Rambo'... One could argue the success and strength overall of the 'Rocky' series (that Stallone wrote himself, which is cool). But personally, I think the 'Terminator' series is the best of these four, and I also rate 'Predator' as a better series than 'Rambo' (but of course there's plenty of people who would not).
Perhaps the answer comes in this next group of movies. Contrasting titles such as 'Total Recall', 'True Lies', 'Commando', and throw in 'Conan the Barbarian', against the likes of 'Cop Land', 'Cliffhanger', 'F.I.S.T.', and we shouldn't forget the cult movie 'Death Race 2000'... I reckon the best of these titles is 'Total Recall', but after that it's very, very close when comparing the rest. It simply comes down to personal preference with this type of an exercise.
And yes, I know that I've left out some good titles for both of them, which just reinforces how close this comparison truly is.
Well, Arnold seems to have a better sense of humour than Sylvester, but does that count for anything in this comparison? ;-) ..... Can we make 'Kindergarten Cop' the tie-breaker??
