Of the films on your list, Lawrence of Arabia.

This is such a great idea (!) for a poll, but according to IMDb, these films, and at least a few others, do in fact have 100 metascores, although on Metacritic's website, only five are listed: http://www.metacritic.com/browse/movies/score/metascore/all/filtered

Perhaps do the top 35 meta scores as of now? (I'm not sure, but I think Metacritic continues to add films that were released before they existed.)

I would guess that Metacritic's all-time list has a minimum number of available reviews or something like that. But the list does show three titles missing from Paok's list.

I'm not sure how to get a complete list of titles rated 100.

I'd suggest briefly noting that many films, especially movies before 2000 that haven't been re-released since, don't have a metascore because Metacritic didn't exist before 1999. (For example, 'Vertigo' is generally considered by critics to be one of the greatest films ever - not something I understand, lol - but it does not have a metascore.)
