Prince Daeron Targaryen & Tessarion

Sheepstealer is a he-dragon who seems to be currently roaming the Vale and has a taste for mutton.

Tessarion, aka the Blue Queen, is a she-dragon bonded to Prince Daeron Targaryen.

Season Three Dragon Update (based on Fire & Blood novel)

It seems like Rhaena Targaryen and Sheepstealer are destined to be paired together, due to the number of episodes the two have been linked in the storyline, even though it is different in the books.

Two other wild dragons, Grey Ghost, Cannibal remain riderless and been mentioned in the TV series to exist and have been linked to the Blacks.
Two other potential dragonriders are possible. Alyn of Hull, has stated he has no dragonriding aspirations and is of the sea & salt in the season two finale. The other dragonseed Neetles hasn't been introduced at all in the TV series narrative, but appears in the Fire & Blood novel. Her dragon seems to be destined for another in the TV series narrative at this point.
