I would vote for Mank (2020)
Young Promising Woman:
Positive: Intelligent and satisfying critique of cheap romance films and "rape culture".
Neutral: Nothing
Negative: Rubbish ending, Many subplots, perhaps a little too many.
Mank:
Positive: Has interesting secondary roles, the character of Marion Davies is much more developed than its alter-ego (Susan Alexander Kane).
Neutral: If you have absolutely 0 knowledge of classical Hollywood, the film might bore you.
Negative: I was disinterested in the main character.
The Trial of the Chicago 7
Positive: The dialogues are catchy (irony and humor)
Neutral: Nothing
Negative: Most characters are hollow you won't care about their journey at all. The dialogues might be catchy, but they don't tell anything really thought-provoking. It is an unoriginal/unambitious attempt at discussing injustices.
I haven't seen The Father and Nomadland.
