Kinda sucks when a TV show premieres at the end of the decade, then gets lumped in with that decade, despite the bulk of the series spanning the latter decade.
Like Roseanne running from 1987-1997 being left out of these polls.

Keeping Up Appearances is one of the best, and funniest, shows ever.

No Family Guy. It debuted in 1998. If the argument not to include it is because most of its run has been in the 2000's then Seinfeld should certainly be on the list. It did premier in 89, but the rest of its run was in the 90's. Still the list does bring back memories of some really good shows. Sports Night really deserved better.

Friends was the lamest show ever created. Cringeworthy "comedy". Nothing ever funny on that show. Who thought it was funny? Watching it now makes skin crawl, so dated. Doesn't stand test of time.
